We work alongside other local service providers and have dedicated and growing team of volunteers to support individuals in need. Our services are free, funded by local businesses and community members who believe in helping those in need.
Our Mission
Lightpoint Community Care's mission is to support those facing poverty, hardship, and distress through various programs, including:
Distributing food and clothing to families in need
Offering mentoring and education to help families improve their financial situation
Providing material aid during crises like natural disasters, crime, or family violence.
We strive to be a trusted local charity, collaborating with other organisations like Mission Australia, Foodbank, and Celebrate Recovery. Our goal is to bring dignity and hope to those in need.
