Fill a Bag!

Since 2011, Lightpoint Church has been filling food hampers (bags) that have been part of our annual Helping Hand day, where they are put into the hands of those in our local communities that need our help. Now in 2026, Lightpoint Community Care is carrying on this vital activity.

We are currently supporting our local communities by providing food hampers to local community pantry groups on a regular basis, and we will be holding a Helping Hand day at the Armstrong Creek Community Hub (just outside of Geelong) on November 28, 2026.

Now, rather than having people drop off food items they have bought for “Fill a Bag”, all you need to do now is donate $50 to fill a bag, and we’ll do the rest. And the more you donate, the more bags we can fill and get out to those who desperately need your support.

All donations are tax deductible. Please make a donation today!
