What We Do
-

School Breakfast Club
We provide nutritious breakfasts to school students who do not get such a meal at home due to their families financial and other circumstances (eg. work commitments). This enhances social interaction between the school, the community and the students.
-
Helping Hand
People living in poverty, crisis or other disadvantage need a helping hand. We distribute food and clothing, and provide support for paying essential utilities, provide supermarket purchase cards and other forms of financial support for those who need it most.
Helping hand also extends to paying for emergency accommodation, meeting child basic education expenses where families are unable to.
-

Mentoring & Education
For individuals and families undergoing financial, interpersonal, addictions and other issues, we will mentor and educate individuals and families in effective financial management strategies, interpersonal skills, and (in conjunction with other external organisations) ways to manage addictions such as alcoholism, nicotine, social media, gambling, and pornography.
-

Guidance & Referral
Where individuals present with personal, mental, medical or other issues and they are unable to address these issues themselves, we will act to refer the individuals to other organisations or services that can assist in addressing the individual's needs.
-

Disaster & Emergency Relief
Where there is a declared national emergency we will allocate funds, food and clothing to support relief efforts of other agencies working in the geographic area.
